Specialized trades on purchase of common shares of KazAzot JSC were held on December 10, 2021. Volume of active bids amounted to 85,000 common shares. Weighted average price on submitted bids totaled 788,858.82 tenge.
By results of trades, 85% of common shares of the joint stock company was purchased by Kazakhstan Petrochemicals LLP, 15% remained at the former owner - Baharidin Ablazimov. Thus sold their shares Joint Resources JSC (100% owned by Timur Kulibayev), Dinmukhamed Idrisov and Erzhan Dostybayev.
In addition, at the end of December last year, the composition of the Board of Directors of KazAzot JSC changed. The following were elected to the new composition: B.N. Ablazimov - member of the Board of Directors, Chairman of the Board of Directors, R.R. Ayazbaev - member of the Board of Directors, K.O. Iskaziev - member of the Board of Directors, independent director, K.N. Ibrashev - member of the Board of Directors, independent director, A.A. Mauleshev - member of the Board of Directors.
Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of KazAzot JSC consists of five persons.
