In order to ensure openness, transparency, and compliance with the principles of business ethics, the Hotline operates at JSC “KazAzot”.
The Hotline is intended to receive reports from employees and other interested parties regarding violations of internal regulatory documents, legal requirements, corporate ethics principles, as well as other situations requiring review and appropriate response.
The procedure for the operation of the Hotline, as well as the conditions for submitting and reviewing reports, are governed by the following document:

Through the Hotline you may submit:
- requests and complaints;
- suggestions for improving the Company’s performance;
- reports on violations of internal regulations;
- information on possible cases of corruption, abuse of authority, or other misconduct.

- protection against retaliation for individuals who report violations in good faith;
- the possibility to submit reports anonymously.
Procedure for Reviewing Submissions:
1. All submissions are subject to registration.
2. The submission is forwarded to the responsible department.
3. The review period is up to one month.
4. If necessary, feedback will be provided to the applicant.

Calls are accepted: Monday–Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Online submissions are accepted 24/7.

- commercial offers;
- advertising mailings;
- inquiries unrelated to the Company’s activities.
