Opening of neutralization and evaporation department was held on May 13. The Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Alikhan Smailov, Akim of Mangistau region Nurlan Nogaev, Chairman of the Board of Directors of JSC "KazAzot" Baharidin Ablazimov and General Director of JSC "KazAzot" Arman Mauleshev took part in the ceremony, the press service of the company reports.
The construction of the Neutralization and Evaporation Department (NEED) started in Q2 2020. The general designer was PI OPTIMUM LLP. Mangystau-Imstalkon LLP, Energomashstroy LLP and Security Technologies and ACS LLP were engaged in construction and installation works. A total of about 200 people participated in the implementation of the project. The total cost of the project amounted to 6.4 billion tenge. The project was financed by Bank Center Credit JSC under the State program of business support and development "Business Roadmap 2025" (under the Mechanism of lending to priority projects), as well as at the expense of own funds of KazAzot JSC, as the project initiator.

The neutralization and evaporation department is undoubtedly a unique project that has no analogues in the whole of Kazakhstan. The new department will completely eliminate the emission of juice vapor into the atmosphere, which will have a positive impact on the ecology of the Mangistau region. In addition, preventing the emission of juice vapor into the atmosphere, namely its return to the technological process, will increase the production volume of the enterprise by 20%, - explained the head of the enterprise Arman Mauleshev.
