Vladimir Vladimirovich Bashmakov

After graduating from the Novosibirsk Mounting College and serving in the army, in 1978 Vladimir came to Aktau, then still Shevchenko city. He worked as deputy chief mechanic of the toothpaste plant at the Caspian Mining and Metallurgical Combine (PMMC).

Vladimir Vladimirovich has 37 years of work experience. In 1982, he started as a repair mechanic at the Nitrogen and Tucov Plant. Having made a long and worthy way, he headed the largest technical service of KazAzot JSC. Plant workers under the professional leadership of Vladimir Vladimirovich have been producing mineral fertilizers for many years.

In 2013, he was appointed Chief Engineer and Deputy General Director for Production of KazAzot LLP. He has been awarded many certificates of merit and has a badge " Химия өнеркәсібінің үздік қызметкері ".
