Idea Factory

KazAzot JSC launches the project "Ideas Factory". Now every employee will be able to improve production and benefit the company by putting forward interesting ideas. After all, no one knows better than the employees themselves how to improve the work process in which they are involved.

Thanks to the project, any employee of the company, whether production or non-production, will be able to share their ideas for process improvement with the company's management and will be sure that their idea will not be ignored and will be considered.

"Idea Factory" - This is a great opportunity to get fair remuneration for your ideas, as well as to grow your career. 

The project will have several stages of rewards for ideas: 

• An incentive is paid for each idea accepted 
•  A bonus is paid for each best idea of the quarter
•  A valuable prize for the best offer of the year
•  Premium from economic effect - up to 5 mln. tenge
